All plants carry wisdom and so, of course, do flowers.
As a young child, I grew up picking flowers in the forests of North Idaho and over the years, I began to play and interact with them in different ways. Their presence spoke to me in subtle and wise ways, gently guiding me back to my divine essence.
The artwork here is a culmination of our sweet relationship throughout the years. All of the images are featured in my recently published book BLOSSOM in the Beauty of Being. I invite you to tune in to each flower and listen—not just with your ears, but your entire being—to what they might have to say to you.

Council of Elders Collection
The Council of Elders is a group of 15 flowers that hold an especially deep and potent current for meeting the most tender, sacred parts of our inner world. Each “elder” offers us both an essence and a gift, and more if we’re willing to sit with them. We need not meditate or force this relationship, but rather simply slow down and be with them.

The ethos of this group of flowers is like the spirit of soft bravery, the kind that’s willing to honestly look inside of yourself and see something that you may not like and stay with it—without trying to change any aspect of it. This way of presence—beyond all the polarities, judgments, and opinions of the mind—is a bold and beautiful act.

This group of flowers is more of an evocative feeling, a finer, gentle way of being. The Latin origin of the word subtle means “finely woven,” and together these botanical beauties weave softness and nuance together to awaken your senses like wispy, tickling feathers.
