The Sacred Darkness : A Women's Group
In order for a blossom to bloom, it begins its journey in darkness. In this 3-month container for women, we will gather 2x/month online (with one week for rest and integration inbetween) to explore themes of sacred darkness—including shadow, mystery, and grief—so that we may embrace a more whole and authentic life.
Using a variety of spiritual tools from sacred ceremony and flower rituals/art to breathwork and meditation, we will:
come into contact with our primary shadow
tune into our body for guidance
understand how triggers can be allies in uncovering our truth
practice being with/in darkness and intense feelings/emotions
learn how to attune to plants/flowers as medicine
